Since my last appointment, I have felt great!! There was some miscommunication between everyone this last go around, where I took my Clomid on days 5-9 of my cycle but I also started my progesterone. Which I shouldn’t have started that until after I had a positive LH surge. By taking the progesterone it basically started my cycle all over. So where I should have been cycle day 13 on 5/6/2016 we started over and made it cycle day 1. so we started over pretty much. started the Femara on cycle days 3-7 had some bleeding but not much it went away pretty quick.

Tested for my LH surge and got a positive !!! Which means I responded very well to the Femara ( is an oral drug which can be an effective fertility treatment for women with ovulation problems, or for those with unexplained infertility. This medication is in a class of drug called aromatase inhibitors. Femara has mainly been used to treat certain cases of breast cancer). Had some cramping today, but nothing I couldn’t ignore and keep going on with my day.

Went to my doc appointment had an ultrasound and I have some very mature follicles which are fabulous!!! We should of down the IUI today but with some miscommunication, we are going to have to skip this month IUI and move to next month which sucks but it is what it is right. We will try naturally in this round and see how that goes. Would be SO awesome if we got pregnant with this round naturally!!! Had blood work done today to check for my LH surge and progesterone levels. The doctor says my lining looked good as well. Cramping today as well, the doctor says that’s normal during ovulation. I have to have more blood work done on May 25th. Today just feeling exhausted not sure if its the hormones they have me on or what. I will also up my estrogen to 3 times a day.
